It is with openness, honesty and transparency that I write this book.

This book is NOT intended to hurt anyone or to put anyone’s business out in the public eye, except my own! There will be things that will be said that even some of those closest to me do not know. I really feel that to truly help others in the manner that God wants me to, I have to be painfully honest and open about the good, bad and ugly about myself. This will be and already is deeply painful for me. I am willing, though, to dig as deep as I have to go and to be as candid as possible to help someone else. I will not, in most cases, go into real detail. I will only let you know enough of what happened so that you are able to get a gist of what transpired, how I survived and grew from it, and that I am an ‘expert’ in the areas that I am trying to help others in.
As stated earlier, the purpose is to show others that no matter what the challenges are in our lives, we are meant to make it through them and not go around them. They are meant to teach us lessons, least of which is that God is always there WITH us through everything -even in our sin. We are not meant to stay in these challenges, but to work through them and get to the other side! This book is about not just surviving these challenges, but about being a better person because of them.  It is also about how our lives are interwoven and how God places people in our lives at strategic times to teach us and continue to grow us into all that He would have us to be.
Please read this book with an open, non-judgmental mind, so that the lessons that I learned can help you to be on the “victorious” side of your challenges in life. If this book helps even just one woman, all the years of work, healing, being transparent and writing this book will be worth it!
May God bless your comings and goings along with all the in-between in the journeys of your life! Lean on God and those He has put in your path, and you will get through these hard things in life. Remember, “we are made for MUCH MORE”!
Note:  Names in the book have been changed to protect as much privacy as possible. I desire to have others understand my challenges enough to help them have hope and encouragement to conquer theirs.
